Follow-up dates
The intervals come from whoever is following you up — this only turns them into actual dates, flags the ones that land on a weekend, and gives you a calendar file so the reminders exist somewhere other than your memory.
Ask these when the interval is set
- What is this visit meant to answer?
- Is there anything I must do or have done before that date?
- Which signs mean I should not wait for this date?
- Will my prescription last until then?
- If I have to move the date, how far can it slip?
What this tool does not do
It does not decide the intervals. It has no idea what you are being followed up for, and it will never suggest a schedule of its own — putting a number here that nobody asked for is exactly how a tool starts doing harm. Type in the intervals you were given, and if you were not given any, that is itself the question to ask.
Set the reminders now, while you remember why they exist. A date you meant to note and did not is the single most common way follow-up quietly stops.
